Boise State's Application and Letter Agreement with the Pac 12

The letter agreement was first obtained and reported by @DonLDay through @BoiseDev.
See below for both the Boise Application and the Letter Agreement. As previously discussed, the Utah State version omitted one sentence on the importance of the Pac-12 Enterprises assets to induce new members to join the Pac 12. I’ll be watching to see if the long-form agreement referenced in these letter agreements provides more details on the value added by Pac-12 Enterprises.
