Update: I’ve looked through the documents. There is a lot of useless information in this 154 page filing. There are three items worth note from my perspective:
First, after Colorado left the conference the Pac-12 staff indicated to the remaining members that they would get the revenue that otherwise would have gone to those departing members if they remained in the Pac 12. See Exhibit 36, Page 150.
Second, the Pac 12 confirmed to John Canzanno that there were four voting board members after the four corner schools left (i.e., Cal, Stanford, WSU, OSU). See Exhibit 33, Page 137.
Third, the Pac 12 used BoardVantage to communicate with member universities. This tool is exempt from public records request in most states.
UPDATE: UW granted intervenor status and has until 10/30 to produce discovery.
