Do it! ESPN and Fox have ruined college athletics and impacted the college careers of countless student athletes. Like a tech takeover, they’ve jumped in knowing the NCAA has no teeth or pants and that our government is too disfunctional to step in. They should be dragged.
Agree they have the case, but can OSU and Wazzu afford the legal fees? They’re going to have trouble just funding their programs.
Also, what’s the endgame if they do win? What are the damages ESPN should pay and what is it considered appropriate restitution? Are the TV agreements magically unwinded? Do you really think ESPN will want to do an TV agreement with these schools after winning and taking legal action?

A Utah coach made a comment in a press conference about the Utes involvement in the Big 12 being a "fluid situation."
