Status of Public Records Request to get Realignment Documents

I’m collecting data on the Pac 12 implosion through public records requests from most of the public universities in the conference. I also obtained access to superior court records associated with Washington State & Oregon State v. the Pac 12 Conference. My past research with public institutions indicates that the public narratives on important transactions are significantly different from the reality contained in the agreements between the parties.

I will analyze the documents here as they arrive. Note that requests for public records do not have to be filled in a specific time frame. The only requirement for public agencies is that they acknowledge receipt of the request in a specific time frame.
