The Apple Cup moves to the Courtroom
New filings today (10/12/23) show WSU and OSU agreeing to Washington’s request to join the lawsuit - with one condition. Huskies get to join on the fly if they produce discovery on the schedule set when the TRO was issued. This has the Huskies howling! If the Huskies get a victory here they can even the score in this year’s Boeing Apple Cup Series at 1-1 (WSU Women’s Volleyball crushed the Big 10-bound Huskies).
